Be prepared this post is gonna be a long one.
I ordered this box on Monday the 4th and received it yesterday. Shipping is wonderful. I was so excited for this box. It was hard to get. Every time I would try they were all sold out. 😦
I did have some trouble getting the website to accept my card so that took me a moment. It may have been because I was using my phone though. I thought I was charged twice because I received two invoices but I messaged the lady in charge of the site. Michelle Murray, who I believe is the owner of the site, is amazing. She replied as soon as I sent out an email about the two invoices. She assured me I was only charged once. Which I was. The out of the box sampler is a box that sends out samples from various etsy shops. Boxes go on sale around the first of every month and once they do they sell out SUPER quick!
First look: Inside was a package of peanut brittle and a brown paper sack. As well as a paper that contained a list of all the etsy websites. It had them broke down between contributors with and without coupons. As well as what the theme for Junes`s box would be. Alright so I guess now its time to break down all these goodies. A lot of the items in this box are samples and I am pretty sure they are made particularly for Out of the box. So, I was unable to find the exact item and therefore can not put an exact price on many items. I will do my best to find at least a similar item to compare it to.
This was my first peek inside the brown paper sack. LOOK at ALL those goodies!!!
The peanut brittle was from kens airy crunch site. I am not allowed to have peanuts so I had (S) try this one for me. He said it was soft and salty. He really enjoyed it and wants to order more. This was a cute pink bracelet from The Jewelry box. It is made to be adjustable so it can fit any size. The charm is a picture of a Barbie doll. I wasn’t sure what to do with this so it is now in the kids treasure box. I am sure one of the girls will be all over it. I couldn’t find the same or even a similar style of this bracelet so I am not sure the price of this one. This card from scentgear is so cute. You can ACTUALLY smell the flowers! They are scented with Blossom fragrance. The card came at a really good time because my mother`s birthday is in a few weeks so this will go to her. It even came with a yellow envelope. The back of the card says it retails for $4.99, but their site says $3.99. Re*storied designs sent out this package. It contains a bird magnet on an oval sliver of wood, a brown envelope with a die cut paper flower that has a little pearl like button on it, and a clothes pin that is bedazzled and says cheers on it. Watermelon lip scrub from The Sweet and Salty Bath shop. This stuff smells awesome. The only downfall is that it is super oily. Didn’t get to try this scent out. I gifted it to my mother-in-law for mother’s day. Wanted her to have something to use in her new warmer we got her. It did smell good though. Ugly Duckling Design sent this wax tart in Orange dreamsicle. This smells delicious. Just like orange sherbert. Cant wait to use up the melts I have in my warmer now so we can use this one. And I love that it’s in the shape of a flower. How cute is that? I couldn’t find anything even close to this, but I absolutely LOVE the stuff they have for sale on their website. SO ADORABLE! Home and Family Creations included this peppermint lip balm in the box. I’m not sure how this one smelled or turned out. It was one of the many things I gifted to my mom for mother`s day/ her birthday. I am not sure if the two are related but I did have difficulty getting my card to go through the first time I tried to purchase this box and then this happened… Just be careful folks.
